This Winter Sale Prize Draw 2023 (“Giveaway”) is organized and sponsored by Anytime Fitness NZ (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility: 1.1 The Giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 1.2 Employees of Anytime Fitness NZ, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
Giveaway Period: 2.1 The Giveaway begins on 12th June 2023 at 12:00 a.m. New Zealand Standard Time (NZST) and ends on 9th July 2023 at 11:59 p.m. NZST (“Giveaway Period”).
How to Enter: 3.1 To enter the Giveaway, individuals must sign up for the 12-month membership plan during the Winter Sale Period at any participating Anytime Fitness NZ gym. 3.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the sign-up process. 3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize Details: 4.1 Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. 4.2 Each winner will receive a Winter Gym Prize Pack, which includes AirPods Pro and a 12-month gym membership at Anytime Fitness NZ. 4.3 The winners will receive one year of free gym membership at Anytime Fitness NZ. The winners having joined Anytime Fitness NZ during the Winter Sale Giveaway promotional period will be reimbursed any membership fees incurred. 4.4 The total approximate retail value of each Winter Gym Prize Pack is $1,500. 4.5 The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. 4.6 Any expenses or costs not explicitly mentioned as part of the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winners including and not limited to Fob keys for gym entry.
Winner Selection: 5.1 The winners will be selected by random draw, conducted within two (2) business days after the Giveaway Period ends. 5.2 The winners will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days after the draw date. 5.3 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, an alternative winner may be selected at the discretion of Anytime Fitness NZ.
Publicity Release: 6.1 By participating in the Giveaway, each winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online announcements, social media, and press releases, without additional compensation or consent.
Privacy: 7.1 Any personal information collected from participants during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Anytime Fitness NZ’s privacy policy available at https://www.anytimefitness.co.nz/privacy-policy/.
Limitation of Liability: 8.1 Anytime Fitness NZ, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the Giveaway, including any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in connection with the Giveaway.
General Conditions: 9.1 Anytime Fitness NZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. 9.2 Anytime Fitness NZ’s decision regarding any aspect of the Giveaway shall be final and binding. 9.3 The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of New Zealand.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. 10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
