I have an extensive background in health and fitness, and I’m deeply committed to helping others. My mission is to educate people on training for longevity. My clients and team inspire me every day to grow and improve, and I can't wait to get stuck in and build a thriving community of like-minded people!

Yoga is not only my passion but a lifestyle. I found this practice when I needed it most after years of living in chronic pain due to an injury that left me immobilised and in extreme discomfort. Yoga was potentially the most important part of my healing journey. I was trained in Bali, hold a 200hr world recognised qualification and continue to expand my knowledge at every opportunity. Yoga means so much more than just the physical postures. It is a practice that aims to connect the mind, body and spirit through utilising the power of the breath and your awareness. I hope to share this incredible tradition with as many as I can as I know first-hand how life changing a consistent practice can be.

Kia Ora AF Whanau, I’m Amelia, the newest addition to the Anytime Fitness community! You’ll find me across our two local Papamoa clubs, Golden Sands and The Sands and just like Brooke, you’ll probably hear me before you see me! I am extremely passionate about health and fitness with a background in boxing, HIIT & CrossFit. The aim of the game for me is to create a safe space for all no matter where you're at in your wellness journey or how fit you are. Being a part of an empowering and supportive community is where I love to be, helping people reach their goals and strive to see your full potential is where I'm at my happiest. In my spare time you'll find me in the gym, at the beach or hanging out with my family and friends!
