I am extremely passionate about the health and fitness industry. I have over 10 years’ experience and have helped many people overcome challenges and achieve incredible goals. Along this journey I have taken great pride and joy in working with people from all walks of life to achieve their desired goals and to have fun along the way. I believe in training the mind as well as the body to get results that do not just last for a summer, but for the rest of your life. Becoming an owner operator of an Anytime Fitness is a dream come true. To have the opportunity to impact more people and change more lives for the better is an absolute privilege. My vision is to create an environment that is supportive, motivating and ultimately judgment free. To allow members to not only achieve their goals but to enjoy the process.

I love the way resistance training helps you to focus on numbers other than the one on the scale. Getting stronger means you are only in competition with who you were yesterday and gives you the ability to take control of your long-term muscle and joint health. I believe training should be oriented around specific goals - milestones should be celebrated in order to keep you motivated and enhance exercise adherence. Whether this be an unassisted pull up, a set of push ups, or a 100kg squat - I love seeing people upskill and surprise themselves! I design programs taking into account your abilities, injuries, experiences and goals with a focus on the exercises that you enjoy most.

Fitness has always been a passion of mine since childhood. I competed in various sports while growing up and discovered my love for athletics at age 5, this led to representing New Zealand in the 400m sprint and 800m run at an Oceania level. Over the years, I have honed my skills in Strength Training and Running. Now, I am excited to combine my athletic background with Personal Training to help YOU achieve your Health and Fitness goals. I firmly believe that exercise is vital for longevity and overall well-being. My approach centers on creating enjoyable training sessions and sustainable programs that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. By focusing on fun and effective workouts, I aim to make fitness a lasting and rewarding part of your daily routine. Whether your goal is to improve strength, enhance stamina, refine running technique, or lose weight, I am here to support and guide you every step of the way. 11 Years ago i started my journey as a PT/Strength and conditioning coach. For me it is all about helping people progress towards their health and fitness goals, i love to help anyone with any goals, whether it be weight loss, increasing strength, building muscle, rehabilitation, the list goes on.. My passion for sport has helped me learn a lot about training smart and getting the best bang for you buck in terms of effort vs reward. My sporting background is quite diverse and consists of Cricket, Football, Basketball, Golf plus many more. If we haven't met already please come and find me in the gym and introduce yourself.
