Located in Christchurch City, our 24hr gym has fantastic staff, friendly and interactive personal trainers, exciting group fitness classes and plenty of parking, making it one of Christchurch's most convenient gyms. I trained as a teacher, spent 5 years in media and marketing, quit my job sold everything and moved to Greece. I ran out of money, sailed across the Atlantic, then spent two years working on a super yacht. I've broken both my kneecaps, ended up in a wheelchair, and ran a Marathon. I train five days a week either in the gym, running or a class. I have have two beautiful daughters, a wife and an obsession for peanut butter.

It helps me be a better mum, full of energy and positivity. Balancing fitness with family life keeps me grounded and focused. I’m excited to create a welcoming space where everyone can thrive. Whether through group classes or personal training, or your own independent workouts, my goal is to support you on your fitness journey and make it enjoyable. I am the Manager here at Anytime Fitness Cashmere. I'm from South Africa and have been living in New Zealand since 2016. I am married to an American, and we have a Kiwi 2 year old boy. I've been in the fitness industry for over a decade now, and love it more and more every day. Fitness is for everyone, it's about you being a part of the journey to becoming a better version of yourself. That is probably my favourite thing about Cashmere, the culture. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging, members and staff alike. They're all here to encourage and support you along your journey.

I became a Personal Trainer after I found my love for exercise, through my own personal struggles, and now I'm insanely passionate about helping others get in to the club! My role in the office is to help create the sense of community that I always felt as a member. To me this is the most important part of a gym! I stand by living a balanced lifestyle. I want to help you find your confidence, without giving up the things that you love the most.

While studying at Otago University I gained a Bachelor of Physical Education honours degree majoring in Exercise Prescription, where I focused on physical activity across many medical and health conditions. As a coach I use my knowledge to help you achieve your goals, set up individualised plans for safe sustainable exercise and help you gain confidence in yourself and your ability throughout your health and fitness journey. With nearly 20 years’ experience in exercise prescription and personal training for health, I have witnessed the positive difference exercise can make across all ages and stages of life. Hi team, I’m Anna, a qualified Personal Trainer and Endurance Coach. I have been in the game for 15 years and I love what I do. I have competed is a range of events from boxing expeditions, the Coast to Coast and Adventure Races. I really enjoy the challenge that these events bring and I am here to support anyone wanting some structure & guidance with any event! I am also a mother of 2. This has made me a big advocate for women’s health and fitness and I know how important it is to find some ‘you’ time and keep your body feeling strong and empowered. As a trainer, I am a big one on supporting you to challenge yourself in a way that is right for you, and I am always happy to chat technique. ‘Small consistent efforts’ is what it is all about, just keep showing up and see the change!
