End of Year Sale Terms and Conditions 2024

 

Organized and sponsored by Anytime Fitness NZ (“Sponsor”).

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The End of Year Sale 2024 is open to all new members of Anytime Fitness NZ and previous members rejoining since their last membership ended. Current members are excluded from the sale offer.

1.2 Promotion is open to NZ residents only and align with Anytime Fitness membership terms and conditions.

1.3 Anytime Fitness clubs have the option to not participate in the national promotion. Clubs will confirm if they offer the promotion upon enquiry.

2. Sale Period:

2.1 The Sale starts on 1 November 2024 at 12:00 a.m. New Zealand Standard Time (NZST) and concludes on 23 November 2024 at 11:59 p.m. NZST (“Sale Period”).

3. Sale Offer:

3.1 No joining fee is applied when selecting the Healthy Habits 12-month membership.

3.2 New Healthy Habits 12-month members are entitled up to a maximum of 9 weeks free gym access from their date of joining during the promotional period till January 2025.

3.3 New members must purchase an AF Access Pass at the price specified by their chosen club.

4. Data Protection:

4.1 Personal data provided by participants will be managed strictly in alignment with the Anytime Fitness NZ privacy policy. Data will not be shared with third parties without clear consent. The privacy policy is available at Privacy Policy Link.

5. Changes and Termination:

5.1 Anytime Fitness NZ reserves the right to amend or conclude the End of Year Sale 2024 terms without advance notice.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1 Anytime Fitness NZ, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and promotional associates shall not be liable for any damages, encompassing direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages stemming from the Sale.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

7.1 The Terms and Conditions abide by the laws of New Zealand.

7.2 Disputes emanating from or associated with the Sale will be exclusively adjudicated in the New Zealand courts.
